Sometimes, we feel very low energy without a specific reason, whether when we wake up at night or in the middle of the day, especially at work. So, is it really low energy, or is it just a feeling?

Low energy can happen in a short term, sometimes you feel sleepy or lazy sometimes it can be relieved by hydration, or have a walk sometimes its worse happens with fatigue that means your body lacks recovery. that means you have you have reached to the limit that your body can handle 

So here comes the question, how do I conquer the tiredness and laziness feeling?

1. Wake up early, sleep early

Have you ever heard the word the body clock, Scientists discovered that in order for the body to stay most healthily and energetic is to wake up before sunrise and sleep after sunset , during that period the body releases certain hormones which boost the recovery and resting phase for the body, so for example the main hormone which activate the sleeping time is the melatonin, so when you sleep in the correct time frame and you have the proper recover you wake up full of energy

2. Exposure to sunlight

Exposing to Sunlight boost certain hormones and definitely can also improve your mood, increase energy levels, and regulate your sleep-wake cycle. Additionally, it may have positive effects on skin conditions and overall well-being. And most importantly, the release of Melanin, which occurs from skin exposure to sunlight, increases your Melatonin, which improves your sleep at night

3. Working out

Working out has endless benefits, it releases stress and raises the metabolism, it also boosts energy levels by releasing endorphin, which reduces stress and makes you energetic the whole day to tackle all your daily tasks with ease and without feeling tired

4. Hydration

Hydration is vital for your body energy, your muscles main fluid and all your internal organs can improve functionality when you are well hydrated , your brain also, one of the main reasons of migraine is lack of water, where your blood thickens , immediately it put pressure on nerves and you get headache which can last from 30 minutes up to several hours and sometime full day 

5. Nutrition

Food is one of the main sources of recovery, and when you do not consume the right portions and what your body needs , you will have significant loss of energy, the reason is your body will not recover nor function fully with improper nutrition, imagine you have a super sport car and you are fueling it with a very low octane gas, what will the car perform ?… exactly so now imagine your body receiving wrong nutrition or nutrition less food

6. Vitamins

Vitamins play a vital rule in your body overall energy, one of the main vitamins which when drops immeditaly you feel loss of energy are B12 and vitamin D, vitamin D can be boosted with sunlight but overall if you have multivitamins which includes those two vitamins it will contribute directly to your energy levels
