Most of us are very curious to know what DWAYNE JOHNSON do to keep his physique lean all year around, we always see on Instagram he is eating cheat meals, burgers and fries and etc.…but most of us don’t know that in order to maintain such a physique he eats over 5000 clear calories per day with many meals per day let us find out what his day looks like 

MEAL 1 (BREAKFAST)

As you know breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day and it doesn’t necessary you must eat eggs only; There is other protein sources will give you a much better result so, bear in mind he is very smart he changes his food so he never gets bored from the diet

OPTION A

  • 10 oz (280g) of steak
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 glass of fruit juice

OPTION B

  • Cream of rice with honey
  • Whole liquid chicken with seasoning

 

    MEAL 2 (BRUNCH)

    Most probably he will be already done his workout so he needs to fill up those hungry muscles so a more protein and carb would do 

    So, after the protein shake by 40 minutes

    • 10 OZ (280g) of Chicken
    • A bowl of basmati rice
    • A cup of veggies and mushrooms

    MEAL 3 (LUNCH)

    So, after eat resting and do some work probably he will be on the making or doing some work on his laptop or even traveling on his private jet he will have the next meal ready 

    • 8-10 OZ (280g) of Cod 
    • Asparagus
    • Broccoli
    • A bowl of basmati rice

    MEAL 4 (Dinner)

    That meal will be afternoon where he has already been exhausted after been training, working and probably he would have some more business to do so may be still casting or having an interview so he will always have his meals with him

    • 10 OZ (280g) steak
    • 3 baked potatoes
    • Salad
    • A glass of orange juice

     MEAL 5 (DINNER 2)

    That will meal will be before the last meal of the day so as DWAYNE JOHSON is trying to keep lean do not get cheated with all the cheat meals posts, he just posts of his cheat meals but it doesn’t mean he is eating them a lot so he will eat a less calorie meal than the rest of the day

    • 10 OZ (280g) COD 
    • Veggies

    MEAL 6 (SUPPER) -FINAL MEAL:

    As you know your final meal before going to bed should contain very low calories.

    So as the rock has already known exactly what he needs to keep his waist down and he is still enjoying his cheat meal every few days and still he doesn’t add any fat because the rest of all the meals is clean so:

    • 10 OZ (280g) Chicken breast
    • Salad

    So, as we have already told you everything, he eats per day now we are going to see what is his treats and his favorite cheat meals again:

    THE ROCK CHEAT MEALS

    1. BRIOUCH FRENCH TOAST:

    RECIPE:

    • Two large brown toast
    • 3 whole eggs
    • 1 cup of Almond milk or regular full fat milk
    • Pinch of salt
    • Maple syrup (or SUGAR-FREE SYRUP)
    • Ground Cinnamon
    • Peanut butter for topping

    DIRECTIONS:

    In a large bowl mix milk, eggs salt, cinnamon and syrup all together; Then in a pan add 1/s tea spoon of butter or spray pam if you want to reduce calories and then dip the toast in the mixture and put in the pan few minutes both sides

    Finally, in a plate put the toast and your topping, remember you can add any topping you want

    1. BURGERS AND FRIES:
    1. PASTA BOLONEZ:

    RECIPE:

    • pasta (penne)
    • Cherry tomato
    • Carrots
    • Onion 
    • Celery 
    • Garlic
    • Olive oil

    Directions:

    Roast the tomato, then blitz it in the food processor after that add the following on a pan (Sauté diced carrots, onion, celery with butter or olive oil and cook until tender) Add the ground beef and sausage (option) then keep them simmer for two hours, now add all on the pasta
