In the recent few month there have been lot of talks about Nick Walker with his new transformation, this guy is 24 years old with so much potential which is predicted by many that he is the future Mr. Olympia , he remind us with Dallas Mcarver (RIP) but with a much higher motivation.

Wakeup time: 6:45 am
Cardio session: 8:30 am for 30 min

1st meal (post cardio meal): 10:00 am

4th meal: 6:00 pm

150 grams of Jasmin rice, 225 grams of Turkey (99% lean) and beans

5th meal: 9:00 pm
